Guest cal Posted February 9, 2014 Share Posted February 9, 2014 Prices fell quite quickly around here about 18 months ago as we were looking into selling and dithered that much in the end it wasnt worth it,lol. They have risen a little this last 6 months but arent back to what they were 3 years ago just yet. The new builds however do seem to be going quite well and developing is busy around here but i saw sign advertising 4 bedroom homes for $279k which is darn cheap, so really with the first buyers grant it's an ideal time for newbies getting on the ladder i guess.
